HBR Consulting was rebranded as Harbor. • I oversaw full cycle recruitment without the managerial duties. The private equity company brought over their own Recruitment Director who is leading the team.

• This promotion led me to be more analytical, create and present recruitment presentations, and put together recruitment plans. I still oversaw a full desk of reqs but with more executive level strategy, analytics, and reporting.

• Managed our Talent Coordinator who focused 70% on recruitment tasks and 30% HR related tasks. She was promoted to Recruiter in less than 1 year.• HBR acquired a new business (Keno Kozie) where I led the recruitment team integration. I managed a Senior Recruiter who came over and eventually added 2 IT specific recruiters, one on contract and one entry-level. • Day-to-day full-cycle recruitment remains the same as below during this time.• Recruiting Business Partner to our IT Managed Services and Procurement business units. • Created a monthly employee referral flier to advertise all open reqs and bring in talent.• Helped with the creation of behavioral interviewing guides designed to reduce turnover.o Delivered company-wide training on using the guides effectively.• Joined the Diversity, Equity and Inclusive advisory council partnering with Chicago’s Kaleidoscope. • Trained as an unofficial Coach which was part of a company-wide coaching program developed in-house.

• Hired and trained as the company’s 2nd recruiter for the first 3 weeks, before the lead recruiter left on maternity leave, in which I ran companywide recruitment by myself for 12-weeks. • Experience with full cycle recruiting to include helping managers create jobs in iCIMS, posting positions on job boards, sourcing and in-mailing, screening candidates, scheduling phone/in-person interviews for hiring managers, offer negotiations, creating offers and working with onboarding for any new hire tasks.o Recruited/hired 245+ full-time employees and 9+ contractors.o On-boarded an additional 71+ employees.• Took over the college recruiting program for seasonal, summer and new graduate hires.o Hired 55+ interns from various colleges during my time.• Improved the setup and configuration of HBR’s newly implemented ATS, iCIMS.• Updated and organized the recruiting sections of the company’s SharePoint site.• Helped define the associate referral process and procedures.• Focused on Diversity and Inclusion hiring methods across the business units.• Worked with Glassdoor on upgrading the company page, co-managed our LinkedIn account and met with various other vendors regarding recruiting tools. • Trained hiring managers on how to open job reqs and track candidates in iCIMS.• Awarded 2 companywide Spotlight awards within my first year. 1 more award in my second year. • Top 1% LinkedIn Recruiter user while at Talent Connect 2018.
