Tasked with identifying issues and opportunities in different product areas by pulling/manipulating/segmenting/processing data using a range of tools in order to provide key drivers/recommendations to improve performance and/or gain insight.

Working with SQL to pull MI on our different products and providing the analysis to show the best way forward, whether it be to model the effect of a commission rate change to drive revenue/volume, or where to best allocate resources/energy/attention. Responsible for assessing ROI and effectiveness on PPC advertising on both Adwords and Bing and making recommendations for bid adjustments, calculating incremental effect of changes, and MI reporting/tracking.

I am responsible for the bespoke robotic programming to apply the the CoBlast process to customer parts. I am also expanding system capabilities and modifying the setup to become more efficient.

Active member of four-man team that executed a wide range of Building Services work. Designed ventilation, plumbing and lighting systems for a multi-building project to meet tight deadlines. Generated 2D schematics and technical drawings in AutoCAD and modified designs/schematics to reflect changes in architectural plans.
