Managed all compliance issues for company and provided compliance counsel to many community bank clients. Prepared facilities for internal and external audits. Developed policies and procedures for all personnel as well as supervised staff to ensure proper training, development and advancement.Built a computer application to integrate with Fannie Mae's Servicing Management Default Underwriter (SMDU) rules engine. Developed a program around SMDU to streamline/automate the loan modification process, which Fannie Mae showcased to its Senior Management.Worked closely with bank servicing clients to improve their default services scorecards with their GSEs, with some client banks improving their ranking by over 70 places.
