Mike Paulhus is a litigation partner in the Healthcare Group of King & Spalding LLP, a leading law firm with over 130 years of experience and 1,100 lawyers across 21 offices worldwide. He has been with the firm for 16 years and has represented a wide range of healthcare industry clients in more than 50 high-stakes federal and state healthcare false claims and qui tam matters. He also counsels clients on compliance assessments and the submission of self-disclosures. As a thought leader and an adjunct faculty member at Georgia State University School of Law, Mike teaches and writes extensively on healthcare fraud and abuse issues. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Health Law Association, the nation's largest educational organization devoted to legal issues in the healthcare field.
