Lead the negotiation and structuring of a landmark transaction that incorporated transmission in addition to renewable generation.Lead restructurings of multiple transactions that were adversely impacted by a powerful winter storm in Texas in 2021; coordinated with other investors and hedge counterparties to craft durable solutions acceptable to all parties.

Credit Manager partnered with Bank of America Global Portfolio Trading and Acquisitions Group to acquire portfolios of leases and other financings from other financial institutions on a secondary markets basis.Also had oversight of team of portfolio managers that manged a $5B portfolio of highly structured leases and tax credit transactions.

Provided structured debt financings to public finance entities (state and local gov'ts and agencies, higher-education) for energy conservation and generation projects. Managed a team of four credit officers.

Analyzed investments in a variety of middle-market and broadly-syndicated leveraged loans. Made investment and buy/sell recommendations as a part of firm-wide effort to build a portfolio for the establishment of a CLO pipeline.

Provided a broad range of financings including project financings, first and second lien leveraged loans, leases and other highly-structured financings, as well as venture lending financings, to companies ranging in size from $10 million to well over $1 billion in sales.
