Responsible for sales, client servicing, consultant relations and team leadership within Canada and the US. Collaborated with the Portfolio Management teams to effectively communicate our investment style and process to prospects, consultants and clients. Secured mandates positioning AGF and Acuity onto approved lists of most major consulting firms in Canada.* Built Acuity’s institutional investment business from the ground up fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the sales and investment teams. Led to offer to become a shareholder at Acuity.*Increased institutional AUM from 16% to 49% of firm while increasing margins and revenues driven by a deep focus on achieving consultant ‘buy’ ratings.
