From 8/2002 to 11/2005:I was V.P. of Accident & Specialty Insurance, I was responsible for the line's sales and top line and bottom line financial results, as well as the Group Division's overall results. Managed Underwriting, Claims & Product Management operations for Accident & Specialty. Transamerica Reinsurance was a leading Accident & Health reinsurance company specializing in Quota Share & Excess Medical reinsurance, mostly Stop Loss, as well as Worker's Compensation A&H Carve-out, Catastophe Excess of Loss and Per Person Accident reinsurance. My duties as CUO was to establish Underwriting criteria, monitor results, supervise underwriters, participate in obtaining new business opportunities and develop our financial projections.
