• Monitored and evaluated overall progress and quality of prevention behavioral health services provided by 8 contracted providers with an annual budget of $1.5 million. • Ensured contract compliance and programmatic success for 8 behavioral health providers and six community coalitions with 750 program participants annually.• Created college-level introductory course in prevention and community development that trained 100 professionals. • Pioneered statewide training program and accreditation effort for Prevention Specialist Certification with 20 accredited Preventionists to date • Created and trained one-day workshops in focus group techniques, introduction to community suicide prevention, creating community change, collective impact and building collaboration that trained over 150 professionals.• Redesigned online program monitoring and evaluation systems of 8 prevention agencies and 6 community coalitions that increased program efficiency by 10%. • Planned, implemented and analyzed three community assessments of over 1000 respondents each resulting in 3 new prevention programs serving over 40,000 families.• Produced Community Needs Assessment reports distributed to State, county, and local public health agencies.• Serve as primary liaison between Federal, State, Academic and Nonprofit partners to facilitate contract compliance and project success (e.g., coordinate all participation via monthly, quarterly and annual meetings with 5-75 partners attending) • Supervised plans of correction. • Supervised prevention interns. • Presented at professional meetings. • Provided technical assistance in program monitoring, implementation and evaluation to contractors, community coalitions and community members.
