As a highly motivated and driven cross-functional technology leader, I manage a multi-billion P&L, and successfully drive business strategy and its execution throughout IBM’s publicly reported infrastructure support segment – in over 170 countries.With two decades of proven business leadership experience at IBM, I have held a broad spectrum of roles from marketing to mergers & acquisitions, product management, strategy, development and support, and have risen through the ranks to Vice President, and now General Manager, leading one of IBM's most complex businesses.Leveraging experiences developed over many years in technology, small companies and large and from many role models, I truly enjoy the process of forming productive, collaborative teams and developing high-performing leaders.The practice of mentorship and allyship are important to me. I am grateful for the support I have received, both personally and professionally, which have given me so many opportunities in life. My father came to the U.S. from Cuba, alone, when he was only 12 years old.
