The Bubble Collection was founded by Michael Perris and Gregory Cole. Before creating this brand, Perris VP Marketing and Executive Producer of Media Services at Polo Ralph Lauren. In 1999 he formed Perkon NYC with his creative partner Gregory Cole. Previously, Cole was the head of Marketing for Alfred Dunhill North America. Their first creative project at Perkon NYC was a fragrance blockbuster when they developed the creative for Romance by Ralph Lauren for Andrea Robinson, who was then the President of Ralph Lauren Fragrances. After, the creative duo consulted and developed marketing vehicles for the launches of Michael Kors Fragrances, Marc Jacobs Perfume and Tom Ford Black Orchid.
