I began my career with RBC Dominion Securities in 1996, and by fulfilling a broad range of roles - operations expert, research associate, and program manager - developed the expertise to build customized client portfolios. After a successful career advising RBC Dominion Securities' top advisors, I decided to make the move back to my hometown of Woodstock and use my knowledge and expertise to advise local investors. I hold the internationally recognized designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (Charter holder #53943). Denoting expertise in securities valuation and portfolio management, charter holders are also held to a stringent code of ethics. In 2008, I achieved the Financial Management Advisor designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. Born and raised in Woodstock, I married my high school sweetheart Samantha. We have two wonderful children, a daughter Olivia and a son Warren. Past community involvement includes The Sakura House Cabinet Committee, Treasurer of Woodstock Special Olympics and teaching Investment courses at the local Fanshawe College. As an avid sports enthusiast, I enjoys running, golf, squash, the outdoors, and travel.
