● Responsible for daily production of designs used in many of our stores.● Leads team of 42 graphic designers to develop graphics and production materials.● Manage multiple projects within production deadlines and budget constraints● Develops decor concepts for new and renovated stores.● Partners with social media coordinator to create exciting and engaging posts.● Follows brand standards and guidelines to keep continuity between stores.● Leads meeting to provide updates and keep the work flow streamlined.● Interviewing and hiring new team members, training, and some disciplinary actions. ● Modifies layout of global marketing materials for store needs.

● Manage existing store décor renovation projects as well as new stores● Assist Décor Design Team with design intent communication, installation and sourcing.● Coordination between all Whole Foods departments and outside contractors/consultants.● Hire Décor Installers and manage installation schedules and quality control.● Develop, implement, control and monitor décor, schedules and capital budgets.● Coordinate in-house décor plans/proposals, construction plans, and shop drawings.● Coordinate fabrication and installation of all custom décor, mill-work and refrigerated case. ● Ensure quality workmanship per Whole Foods Market plans/specifications.● Work closely with Regional Marketing to coordinate new store opening installations.
