In my first of many platform transitions at CNET, migrated the website from StoryServer TCL templates and C to an in-house Java/JSP platform. As an eary adopter and creative developer, implemented an AJAX call on search results pages to display leads which increased revenue. Evangelized Agile methodology.

In 1996 I barely knew HTML and was initially hired at CNET to answer support emails for Download.com. Within months was hand-coding HTML features and developing front-end templates in TCL. Over the next few years I was promoted four times mastering HTML, TCL, Perl, SQL, and UNIX along the way.
