Here, I oversee all activities associated with the Enterprise Integration program and facilitate a portfolio of projects, including the standardization roadmap and modernization of solutions for the combined UNFI and SuperValu integration team. Coordinate and complete 12 to 14 complex projects with a $10M budget while ensuring alignment with set PMO, internal audit, and regulatory requirements and procedures.➥ Completed roadmap to consolidate and transform different systems into an aligned enterprise integration strategy to achieve a strategic solution.

In this position, I steered and completed various supply chain projects within strict, timely, and budgetary constraints. I led the projects for implementation of the industry-standard Manhattan Warehouse Management System, ensuring seamless operations and functions. During the acquisition of two other companies, I headed the projects to guide the integration of business systems, warehouse management, and inbound and outbound transportation. I also built staff capacity and enhanced operational efficiencies by providing training, guidance, and support. ➥ Optimized deployment process to convert 12 warehouses to the new warehouse management system.➥ Led the planning and deployment of new labor management systems across all the warehouses.➥ Won the Golden Leaf Award from 2 C level leaders for delivering strategic leadership and supply chain optimizations.➥ Reduced the go-live outage for Manhattan WMOS from 30 hours to under 14 hours through deployment optimization.➥ Identified $700K annually in tax credits by using cross-project knowledge and driving IT R&D efforts.

In this position, I headed multiple nationwide project teams of business, technology, vendor, and operations subject matter experts. I also devised efficient prototype project templates and supported the development of a repeatable system implementation/conversion process for 12 additional distribution centers nationwide. I coached fellow EPMO staff on the integration and implementation of the process. I also facilitated the deployment of a new warehouse management system in coordination with systems integration, IT infrastructure, and operations team members at a newly constructed distribution center. I managed and assisted four project managers as interim supply chain program manager. Additionally, I drove the business-critical product number expansion effort that affected all business systems and processes.➥ Completed the user acceptance testing of 600 interactive scripts across eight business units during key ERP system upgrade.➥ Led the first successful conversion of a regional distribution center to a new industry standard warehouse management system, including data conversion, training, and implementation.➥ Coordinated the IT effort to support the onboarding of a large national grocery customer with over 1000 stores, as well as the integration of data systems, support, and communications plans and method for centralized purchase orders.
