Michael Pierson’s 43 years as a highly skilled executive in the real estate and construction industry have revolved around his passion for excellence, his eye for detail and his insight into all phases of real estate development.He is intimately involved and engaged in every facet of the complicated process that comprises thedevelopment of world-class properties. He began his career as a 20-year-old by starting his own design-build firm in Los Angeles, designing and constructing properties in Malibu and throughout West Los Angeles. His talents were recognized by Westgroup Inc in LA, where he joined as a partner and President of Design and Construction to direct all hotel redevelopment for their historic,hospitality and high rise office building properties.Mr. Pierson has been a partner or principal with Pacific Architectural Design in LA; Westgroup, Inc in LA; Abberdon Development Group in Telluride and Aspen; Abbott Pierson Development in Maui and Michael Pierson Company of La Jolla. In each of these firms he has been in charge of design and construction, using his watchful eye to oversee and coordinate of every aspect of the entire development process.His passion for fine quality in the design and construction of residential, commercial and hospitality projects has paid off with numerous sales accolades. His projects throughout the U.S. have set both sales and re-sale records in each and every market in which he has developed.
