Worked as a line cook during the Summer and Winter break from school in the restaurant located in the food court of the Westfield North County Mall. Memorized the process of making all different steaks in order to make orders in a fast paced environment

Hired as a remodel worker for the San Marcos location over a summer period where tasks included: moving merchandise onto new shelves, unloading new interior equipment, and occasionally assisting customers by answering their questions. Was forklift licensed for Walmart stores. Brought back during the Winter break from school as a team member in the seasonal section where tasks included: bringing new merchandise into aisles, placing merchandise back onto shelves from return bins in the front of the store "go-backs", and assisting customers. Occasionally also helped the back end of the store in unloading freight from trucks, stacking categorized products onto pallets and saran wrapping them to be stable, and bringing pallets into the grocery aisles to be restockedTeam member and forklift licensed.

Initially hired as a host where I provided a warm welcome to guests, handled cash for paying customers, and seated them according to a system that rotated server's sections. Moved up to a server in the graveyard shift where I was the only server along with one cook. As a graveyard I served guests, paid them out at the register, refilled all compartments in the server section for the morning shift to use, and cleaned the floor to provide a clean restaurant to guests. Also worked weekday closing shifts as crew Chief where I managed a team of other servers, cooks, and bussers to keep the store flowing smoothly. Crew Chief responsibilities were the same as graveyard shift but also to make sure team members took their breaks on time and clocked out accordingly
