I am a 20 year veteran of working in technology.Over a decade of working in game development taught me how to work within teams, be creative, solve problems and communicate. Spending 6 years teaching game development taught me how to relate to people on a new level while challenging both my students and myself to achieve success beyond expectations. Working as a Customer Success manager has reinforced my skills in problem solving, effective communication and building strong relationships with clients by listening to their needs and working to achieve the best possible results. I can work with Audacity to create and edit audio recordings and I can work in Shotcut to edit, build and publish videos.I am looking to expand my horizons, continue to learn and meet new challenges. After helping to redesign and tweak the combat system, I worked hand in hand with the Animators to design animations that flowed within the new system. I assisted in the direction of the motion capture session where these animations came to life. I designed and scripted several boss battles and worked side by side with the Scenario Designers to balance the flow, timing and pacing of combat within several of the games many scenarios. I was also involved in the final testing and balancing of the overall game experience to ensure the best and most memorable experience possible for the player.

Design and was a member of several committees responsible for; Quest Design, Game and Mechanic Design, U.I. Design and Multiplayer functionality. I also worked very closely with the Code, Art, Animation and Story departments to ensure that all aspects of the game met the needs of the Design team while also making sure that Design did everything possible to ensure the other departments got what they needed. -
