Product Manager for Mood Media's Global Product team, concentrating on developing and launching new Mood products and services, as well as partnering with leading content and tech companies, to provide in-store media solutions for businesses. I led the development and the launch of several new Mood products, many of which were at the forefront of Mood's growth opportunities. Improved conversions, reduced churn, and re-designed the control application with our partner Pandora to help increase Pandora for Business active subscriptions 20% year to year and MRR over 145% over two years. Launched Mood's partnership with Sonos for a commercially licensed on-demand music application on Sonos speakers. Developed and launched Mood's affiliate program with Sonos, providing their national dealer network an easy-to-use digital platform to drive and track sales. Launched Mood's partnership with iHeartRadio, including the creation of the e-commerce platform, go-to-market strategy, and product development for Mood's media player.Launched Mood's partnership with Directv, including product and pricing strategy, sales training, and product consultation to national sales team. Led the development of the mobile app for Mood's media players, deployed to new subscribers and existing locations globally (300k) - significantly simplifying set up and adding more flexibility and functionality to the user experience.Provided business/financial analysis and recommendations to Mood executives on a large scale hardware migration project with partner Dish Network. Led operational efforts to successfully migrate devices at 10k+ locations within a six-month window. Launched the e-commerce platform for Mood's streaming music service in France.
