Studenterlauget is the largest student organization in Denmark with about 3,500 members, 120 student employees and 7 full-time employees. The organization consists of 7 business units striving to create the best study environment in Denmark and generates an annual turnover close to 14 million DKK.The position included aspects such as strategy development, strategy implementation, change management, management accounting and cost minimization. Moreover aspects such as negotiations, presentations, leadership and communication were part of the general work routine.

Head coordinator of a brand new mentor program for new students studying economics and business administration at Aarhus University, Business and Social Sciences.The position included aspects such as:- Concept development and implementation- Hiring and education of 52 mentors- Bi-monthly evaluation meetings with mentors- Reporting and evaluating to the Head of Studies and the study committee at the Department of Economics and Business

Head coordinator of the introduction week for about 1400 new bachelor students. In addition to this the job involves hiring approx. 150 employees and maintaining the support from several stakeholders.The position included aspects such as:- Recruitment (screening, interviews, and onboarding)- Project management and budgeting- Logistical experience- Communication with important stakeholders - Leadership and job motivation of employees

Various ad hoc office assignments, such as budgeting, filing and customer's service.

Concept development, planning and organizing of social and academic events. E.g.,the development of a range of activities such as a case competition and team building for 1400 students.

Responsible for about 60 new students, who are introduced to Aarhus University, Business and Social Sciences.
