The company has an e-commerce healthcare portal that I played a significant role in building out, offering memberships to small and mid-sized licensed medical practices throughout the US. —I wore many hats at Pipeline aiding company expansion beyond expectations. One of my roles was to structure vendor agreements for resale of capital equipment, medical supplies, and pharmaceuticals. In addition, my aim was to enroll new platform members for this marketplace solution providing customers with GPO pricing, distribution services, and materials management. —My emphasis was on targeting national multi-specialty groups, facial cosmetic plastic surgeons, oral maxillofacial practices, dermatologists, dentists, pain management clinics, radiology facilities, and clinical laboratories. As the firm grew, we added additional sales and customer service resources. —I enjoyed calling on purchasing agents and executives, traveling onsite to manage high-revenue accounts. Account Manager / Operations DirectorAll Day Cinema Llc 2009 - 2012I really enjoyed working with customers in this role and taking charge of full account management. I met with hotel property owners, managers, and Board members to implement HDTV hardware/software at hospitality venues averaging 150 rooms each. My role included supporting the CEO with sales and marketing initiatives and I was able to leverage referral opportunities, uncovering new properties interested in entertainment system installation. Director Of Operations / Account ManagerMeyer Trucking Inc. 2002 - 2009In this role which also required many diverse skills, I managed 15K shipments annually, servicing key accounts, including Pfizer, Honeywell, Verizon, and Time Warner to provide supply chain logistics for transport of pharmaceutical packaging inserts, physician marketing materials, brochures, and other documentation. —The scope of my position included sales, operations, and finance activities. I also created policies and procedures as team supervisor. I was in charge of building client relationships and ensuring on-time delivery to print shops, mail houses, laminators, die cutters, and corporate headquarters. In addition, I held responsibility for negotiating prices and structured contracts with numerous vendors.
