Provide climate-resilient landscape architecture for Bay Area homes and commercial parcels. Served as Director of Construction and Project Management for American Automobile Association including tenant improvements for 30 new branch locations. Duties included budgets, architect coordination with client, buyout matrices, schedules, bidding for general contractors, vendor bidding and management. Served as project manager for Sunstone Hotel Investors – Hyatt Regency Embarcadero SF. Services included interior and exterior renovations. Scope included guestroom renovations of Luxury Suites, Embarcadero and Balcony Suites, and Regency Club guestrooms. Major renovations and upgrades to 839 guestroom AC/fan coil units plus installation of computer monitoring systems.

Responsibilities included design and coordination of all facets of landscape architectural elements with owners, developers and various architecture, engineering and construction project teams. Created contractual agreements, and performed project management and supervision of landscape architectural drawings for concept design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation. Provided construction observation and detailed project bidding services with contractor recommendations.
