At Comtech, I developed and executed a growth strategy that positioned Comtech as a leading provider of Next Generation 911 and satellite network solutions, with over $2.0 billion of strategic customer contracts signed and generated annual revenues in excess of $600 million.I guided over 2,000 global employees, and oversaw all sales, engineering, marketing, finance, accounting, IT, human resources, and investor relations functions. I worked with the Board and large shareholders to execute a multi-year Board refreshment process and leadership succession, while developing an industry-leading portfolio of products and services in rapidly growing core markets. I led the successful completion and integration of strategic and tactical acquisitions valued in excess of $1 billion, maximizing tax efficiency and operating effectiveness. I also secured over $2 billion of public/private debt and equity securities and established a reputation of integrity with legal and accounting advisors, and banking and finance partners.
