With many years in the Electrical field, mainly in Construction I have a great deal of experience in the trials and challenges of running jobs with a view of always working on Quality issues and standards of excellence within the company I worked for. Specialties: fostering professionalism among apprentices and working with them to excel in their chosen field. I am a member of the Professional Advisory Committee at Sheridan College, offering feedback on courses enabling young men and women to start a rewarding career in the Electrical Construction and Maintenance field. Identifying risk within a project and working with a team to offset that risk. At the core of any successful project is excellent planning , again working within a team to Plan For Success!
