Sales exceeded $14M during the first year alone following introduction of the system design. ● Built strong customer relationships with various federal government organizations such as three letter agencies, CBP and DHS, and successfully delivered a multi-million-dollar contract with the U.S. Army REF.● Negotiated and won a $35M U.S. Customs and Border Protection Contract dedicated to Tactical Mobile Surveillance as a subcontractor.● Built a stable distribution and service network through Motorola MSS Partners in North America.

● Led the $75M acquisition and integration of a newly formed organization with 800 employees in the U.S. and development of Global business integration with 500+ India DC Team.● Engaged with Sales to contract with Mobile Network Operator Customers and successfully contracted $5M+ monthly agreements with MNO’s and MVNO’s. ● Recruited and retained the executive leadership team in the U.S., this team successfully launched/captured large MVNO and prepaid contracts throughout the U.S. marketplace exceeding all corporate goals of the acquisition.

● Led the ideation, business planning, and venture creation process as interim CEO of several startups and was accountable for up to $60M in Venture funds and all partner co-fundraising for each portfolio company. ● Served as Chairman and Director for each startup and was responsible for Strategic Partnerships and Sales Channel Development. ● Managed the executive leadership recruiting process and hired 20+ team members for each startup which later developed into companies with hundreds of employees including Atrua Biometric Wireless Fingerprint Sensors, which was ultimately acquired by Apple AAPL.

Responsible for the overall sales and business development for this start-up of the world’s first Universal Wireless Shopping Portal. Accountabilities include P&L management, budget development, partnership creation, partnership relations, and distribution channel management. Company was acquired by InfoSpace in 2000.
