I have a niche for assisting craft breweries and distilleries, and represent several in the lower mainland and across BC.I graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2008, and articled with Davidson Lawyers LLP in Vernon, British Columbia. I continued with Davidson Lawyers as an associate and trade-mark agent until 2013. In June 2013 my family and I moved west and I accepted a position as an associate with BTM Lawyers LLP in Port Moody, British Columbia. I joined the BTM Lawyers LLP partnership in 2017.I have represented and advised clients in business law, corporate and commercial transactions, real estate, wills, estate planning, administration, and leasing. As a registered trademark agent in Canada with reciprocal rights in the US, I can assist clients in registering, prosecuting, and protecting their trademarks in either jurisdiction, and have contacts worldwide for international reach.Outside the office I have a passion for travel and can be found enjoying photography, board games, and camping. I love to get involved in the community and am regularly a member of Rotary International, a local Chamber of Commerce, or various non-profit organizations.
