As the Manager of Communications at The Mind Trust, an Indianapolis-based nonprofit, I lead communication and marketing efforts related to advancing the organization's mission of providing equitable education for all Indianapolis children. .I am involved in leading blog development and content sourcing, web content writing, proofreading, editing, copywriting, media relations, social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram), annual report writing, SEO practices, photography, graphic design, and other duties as assigned.I have served as our Salesforce Administrator starting in fall 2019 and continue to oversee the organization's usage and implementation of the Salesforce nonprofit success pack, in addition to third-party apps such as Pardot, Forms Assembly, and Soapbox Engage.Founding and still current member of the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (founded in 2018).
