Greetings -- my name is Michael Prindiville (Prindi) and I am a sports, media and entertainment executive and investor who has built and led ventures across traditional and emerging industries.As the founder and CEO of New Meta Entertainment, Inc. (NME) in 2019, I grew the esports organization Dignitas into one of the most recognized brands in the world with 27 World Championships. In 2022, I co-founded and organically built Raidiant, NME’s broadcast and tournament solutions platform, which in two years captured 95% market share to become the country’s preeminent women’s gaming event company. With over 40m total social media followers and 2B+ annual network impressions across, NME is one of the largest gaming companies in the US. Previous to NME, I was the Head of New Property Development at NBC Sports Ventures where I built, operated and led NBC Universal’s gaming properties, and was part of the team overseeing the company’s sports and gaming investments. Previous to that, I was a producer for live and original television at NBC Sports, focusing my work on soccer and my beloved English Premier League. I hold a dual B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University, where I captained the school’s soccer team, and a J.D. from New England Law.Based in Manhattan Beach, I live with my fiancé and brussels griffon, Bruce. As an avid sports fan and former professional soccer player, I endeavor to deliver leadership, passion and creative strategy to build close-knit teams that uncover new growth within traditional industries, and unlock exponential growth within nascent ones.
