This enterprise experience – coupled with my cross-functional collaboration skills and unique view of supporting the business strategy through incubated innovation teams has enabled me to deliver visionary product design strategy and brand leadership for business-critical, multimillion-dollar initiatives.A few of my achievements include:★ Leading the creation of the Northstar payments experience for Visa Acceptance Solutions.★ Leading the creation & development of the Amazon Partner CX Design System.★ CX and competitive analysis of Microsoft's Azure Free trial funnel and redesign of the customer-facing environment using a mobile-first methodology.★ Developing the Packaging Certification Portal responsible for reducing global waste and measuring the carbon footprint of all vendors and sellers retailing via Amazon worldwide. ★ Providing creative and UX Design leadership while creating the Rebellion design system for T-Mobile (one of the largest responsive websites in North America).★ Established Microsoft’s first digital University (in Beijing, China) by defining the national readiness strategy, leading rebranding efforts, and creating the design system and site architecture for 3 multi-lingual digital environments. ★ Led the design of the ‘Bankers Cockpit’ for Wells Fargo; a digital transformation that policed bankers' daily activities per Fed guidelines. ★ Spearhead the largest Sitecore instance in the world (reducing 360 unique website platforms to 1) for Colliers International.★ Designed and developed Microsoft’s largest partner competency - Microsoft Sales Specialist – Credited for the growth of 60K+ MS partner organization accreditations in just 18 months.
