Michael Proper – Is a founding member of the Digital World. He is also the founder and Chairman of The Clear Companies which focuses on servicing decentralized systems for humanity. He has spent the last 30 years building both centralized and decentralized systems and is dedicated to building a decentralized governance platform that people, along with public & private sector organizations can leverage to be governed by decentralized systems.
