As the US Consulting Clients & Industries Leader, I am responsible for transforming how we embed industry and sector in our strategic choices to create competitive advantage and deliver improved outcomes for our clients. Reflecting on my consulting journey that began over 28 years ago in the technology space, I have worn many hats. But thanks to an early deployment on a human resources technology project, I found my niche in human capital as I worked with executives at leading organizations to navigate the challenges presented by ongoing disruption, the rapidly evolving future of work, and the role of business in society at large. Throughout the years I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how the industry or sector a client sits in often dictates the issues they are trying to solve. This led me to develop a deep passion for bringing our capabilities, expertise, and experiences in the context of the sectors we serve. Our industry knowledge and expertise at Deloitte has become our advantage, and we aim to bring that IndustryAdvantage™ to our clients to create advantage for their organizations and the customers they serve. I previously served as the Human Capital National Managing Partner, the US and Global HR Transformation leader, the National HR Service Delivery leader, and the Health Care sector leader for Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital team. I worked with business and HR leaders to conceptualize, design, and execute major change to create a more strategic, business-driven organization. My work crossed the human capital landscape, including strategy, operating model design and transition, global technology, global sourcing, and enterprise workforce transition, and change management. I believe that how we show up and build trust with each other matters, and that it is our leader responsibility to create connected teams, trust and alignment to help people and organizations form lasting impact for themselves and our society. Fun fact: My identical twin brother, Anthony, is the US Chief Learning Officer and a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP. It’s a small world within our professional spheres, indeed.New Jersey is where my wife, and three young adult children have made our home. My wife and I are born and raised about five miles from where we live now. Outside of my day job, I dedicate myself to community and initiatives aimed at enhancing the workplace for neurodivergent individuals. It’s my hope to amplify the incredible talents that lie within this community.
