As Vice President of Information Technology, I am responsible for all information technology functions that include business applications, IT Governance, Architecture, infrastructure and Core Advanced Technology Center Operations at WWT. My focus is to help define and execute the IT strategy in line with the overall business strategy. I am focused is fostering a culture of innovation and positioning IT as a differentiator for WWT's business and go to market strategy.

I am responsible for budgeting/cost control, prioritization, developing key relationships with customers and partners and aligning the Analyst Organization to all areas of WWT’s business.As a member of the IT Senior Management Team, I actively participate in technology roadmaps, organizational strategy, Quarterly CEO briefings and development/socialization of key IT processes. I have served as a key driver in the development of our Project Management Office methodology and IT Governance policies.

Served as manager of Business Analyst Team comprised of 14 resources working multiple projects focused on implementation of new supply chain solutions and enhancements to current business processes

Provided systems support to warehouse and Finance groups. Participated in major enterprise wide projects as team lead or support role. Completed Development of complex web reports that required 24/7 access and real time data.
