Michael P. Tempesta, Esq. is the former Senior Settlement Coordinator (Mediator) for the Supreme Court, Civil Branch, New York County. During his tenure, Mr. Tempesta was directly responsible for the settlement of over eight-thousand cases with a total value of hundreds of millions of dollars. He is also a former Administrative Law Judge for the city of New York. Since his retirement in 2007 from the court system after thirty-three years of service, Mr. Tempesta has continued the successful resolution of cases in the private sector, with a success rate approaching ninety percent.
