Mr. Weinstein has over 30 years of experience in the field of state and local taxation, representing a countless number of individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, business trusts, non-profit organizations, fiduciaries and municipalities in state and local tax matters.Mr. Weinstein advises his clients in all aspects of planning and structuring of new business ventures and commercial transactions so that the assessments of state and local income taxes, capital stock, franchise, gross receipts, sales and use, employment, real estate, liquid fuels, realty transfer, inheritance and other excise taxes are minimized. In addition, he represents clients in all aspects of state and local tax compliance, ranging from providing audit support to contesting tax adjustments proposed by state and local taxing authorities.
