Oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide key financial insights to support the leadership team. Manage and mentor accounting staff, prepare and analyze financial reports, and implement internal controls to maintain accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements. Maintains the general ledger.
