Provided legal counsel to the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences division which is one of America’s largest and most comprehensive university-based health education systems, consisting of eight schools, including two medical schools, two nursing schools, a dental school, a school of health professions, a pharmacy school and a school of graduate studies. In addition to serving as primary legal counsel to Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care; The Board attorney for the Rutgers University Foundation and the Board attorney for the Rutgers-Camden Board of Directors, providing advice on legal issues and board governance issues.

This was the first transaction of the then newly created Tax Lien Financing Corporation.• Structured and negotiated over $800 million in public-private redevelopment/economic projects.• Utilized the SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program to assist my 8(a) clients in being awarded over $30 million in contracts.
