About tasks for my Current Job : - Search for suppliers based on price, quality, availability, reliability, - Buy better quality supplies in bulk and distribute them as per departments needs - Analyze price proposals and other data and information to determine reasonable prices - Prepare purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for merchandise. - Issue purchase orders as needed, ensuring on time delivery of the required quantities after getting the necessary approvals. - Review and follow up in all purchase orders made by concerned parties and departments. - Check market prices regularly to evaluate the open contracts prices. - Collect the invoice & the receiving documents and prepare them for the purchasing manager approval. - Submit the collected payment documents to finance after having all approvals. - Issue purchase report reflecting the status of opened purchase orders and the closed ones. - Follow up purchasing orders & local purchasing activities accurately on daily basis. - Fulfill any additional tasks when required
