As a Senior Production Manager at Austage in Melbourne, I am responsible for planning and overseeing all audio-visual and production aspects for a multitude of events. Scaling in size from weddings and social events to high-end fashion shows, gala dinners and more, I have developed a thorough technical knowledge of audio, lighting and vision systems, and exceptional problem solving skills, along with an excellent personal manner. This role has allowed me to work as the Production Manager for Melbourne Fashion Festival, and Melbourne Fashion Week, giving me a unique insight into fashion production, budget management, and the intricacies of working on large scale not-for-profit and government festivals.The last few years have seen a huge shift in Audio Visual and hybrid production. I developed and implemented Austage's pivot into emerging IP based technologies, like Dante and NDI, to streamline new virtual and hybrid workflows.

This became the basis for the new audio visual networks I helped deploy for Federation Square and the Ballarat Goods Shed AV networks in 2021-22.

As the Senior Technician at Central Pier in Melbourne, I was responsible for:• Overseeing and maintaining all audio-visual equipment at Central Pier • Leading teams of technicians setting up, operating and packing down various events from weddings to large scale fashion runways, corporate gala dinners and more.• Co-ordinating events with multiple companies, all working with various roles to achieve an excellent overall experience for guests while fulfilling stakeholder requirements.My work helped me develop an excellent technical understanding of audio, lighting and visual systems, including a number of analogue and digital audio and lighting desks, and large scale vision setups with multiple-projector blends alongside LCD, plasma and LED screens.

Responsible for: • Organising teams of up to ten people working in audio, lighting and visionto prepare a variety of events• Co-ordinating AV to effectively work with food and beverage, and themeing staff.
