As a System Integration Specialist and a Senior Production Manager at Austage Events, I have over 14 years of experience in delivering high-quality audio-visual and production solutions for a variety of events, ranging from weddings and social events to high-end fashion shows and gala dinners. I have a strong background and personal interest in IT based audio-visual systems, and I am certified for NDI, Dante, and Q-Sys integration. In response to COVID restrictions, I developed a cost-effective, COTS, and easily scalable network solution for reliably distributing IP based AV protocols. This became the basis for the new audio-visual networks I helped deploy for Federation Square and the Ballarat Goods Shed AV networks in 2021-22.I am also responsible for planning and overseeing all production aspects for Melbourne Fashion Festival and Melbourne Fashion Week, giving me a unique insight into fashion production, budget management, and the intricacies of working on large-scale not-for-profit and government festivals.
