Launched the TeleTech Iloilo Delivery Center and managed the Operational launch of a US Telco project based in Iloilo and Pampanga.

Led a team of approximately 250 Workforce Management and Realtime Monitoring staff that supported 18,000 front and back office agents over 11 sites throughout the Philippines, Hong Kong and Korea.
