I am a Senior Technology Programme Manager with deep experience managing complex programmes and logistics across multiple industries, including financial services as well as the British Army. In my current role, I am the Planning, Data, Reporting and Integration lead for a complex Public Cloud Modernisation program. This $390mm programme is focused on migrating ~2700 applications to the public cloud over the next 5 years. My role has been focused on application assessment and planning, inclusive of the delivery and tracking of milestones and programme related data across a complex and ever evolving ecosystem of applications. Prior to this, I spent 25 years in the British Army in a progressive series of roles leading to Lieutenant Colonel and the Chief of staff for the NATO Stability Division.
