Savings: $6.8M on $27.4MM (25%) addressable spend to date including change management execution-collaboration. 2025 plan: Global Parcel and LTL - $13MM spend.• Developed, negotiated, and implemented global Air - Ocean RFP. $4.2MM (31%) savings on $13.6MM spend ($533K/4% mode shift changes); 2024 Air-Ocean savings: $859K (15%) on $5.6MM spend. Conducted and executed LTL and Parcel Domestic & International RFPs: Savings - Parcel: $660K (28%); LTL $303K (23%). • Implemented automated third-party freight, audit, and pay solution. 15 U.S. plants with global expansion plan. Eliminated manual audit-approval. One database with extensive BI reporting capability. H1-24 savings: $504K (8%).• Development and execution of formal Global Transportation strategy program. Q4-24 plan to include increased automation, global spend accumulation, carrier rationalization, contracting, supplier relationship management and controls.• Spearheaded cross functional division team to process and pay customs duties direct eliminating duty outlay fees of $300K.
