I truly enjoy working in the finance field. The majority of my career has been in asset management, however, right out of school I also held finance roles in advertising and automobile leasing firms. Whether it was working at a large financial institution or at a small advertising company, in teams or independently, managing large scale projects with many constituents or small tasks with one or two colleagues, the numbers always had to add up. Although, in completely different industries, the one commonality among these roles was that I enjoyed them all. Having an hour to pull together data, build out a quick model and summarize in a brief deck to review recommendations with leadership is stressful yet exhilarating. I'm always amazed at what the mind can do when forced to perform within tight time-frames. It's an indescribable sense of satisfaction. My expertise includes financial services, asset management, alternative investments, project management, operations, financial sensitivity analysis, budgeting and forecasting, monthly closing, capital expenditures, and expense allocations. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity, someone who takes a great deal of pride in their work and works tirelessly to ensure work gets done correctly within the timelines. Currently, I’m seeking opportunities that will allow me to utilize and continue to develop my financial expertise and business acumen I've acquired over my career. Although the majority of my experience has been in asset management, I would welcome the opportunity to use my skillset within a new field.
