For this $40M durable medical equipment company with a national market, I was recruited to provide financial leadership and build the infrastructure needed to scale the business. My role includes overseeing strategic planning, treasury and risk management, and IT development, as well as building strategic relationships. In this role, I was handpicked by a private equity firm to develop the systems, processes, and personnel to meet growth projections, report to a 10-bank lending syndicate, and manage liquidity. I led strategic planning, treasury management, IT development, risk management, and lender, banking, legal, and audit/tax relationships and managed 20-25 indirect and direct reports.
