Managed a team responsible for the planning, purchasing, distribution, and overall supply chain management of 140 OTC, Medical Device, and Dietary Supplement SKU’s produced at 40 CMO's. Key achievements included the following:• Reorganized the Supply Chain team, realigned responsibilities, and implemented performance objectives.• Implemented Supply Chain metrics and Insight's S&OP process.• Streamlined the forecasting / demand management workflow.• Initiated a project management process to facilitate the launch of all new products and the implementation of all product changes.• Managed a project (across 8 CMO’s) to transition 25 Monistat NDA SKU’s to a new API source, new cream tube laminate, and conversion to Insight graphics after the purchase of the Brand from J&J.• Led the Supply Chain analysis of five prospective brand acquisition opportunities.• Managed the Q1 2014 launch of a new Monistat SKU from a European CMO.• Managed the launch of three new private label SKU's for Walgreens and CVS.

Managed a group responsible for the project management of all Bayer CC new product launches, tech transfers, and changes to existing products for the US consumer market.

Managed a team responsible for all Bayer products manufactured by third party suppliers ($100MM+ annual spend). Scope included the project management of new product launches and changes to existing products, reviewing supply and quality agreements, package design, planning, purchasing, and inventory management. • Developed and implemented project management “best practices” across all supply chain teams.• Key new products launched included multiple One-A-Day solid dose and powder stick pack line extensions, gummy vitamin line extensions, Phillips’ Colon Health probiotics, Citracal line extensions, Bayer Aspirin Crystals, Alka-Seltzer Plus powder stick packs, and Alka-Seltzer Wake Up Call. These new products resulted in $46MM in 2009 sales and $36MM in 2010 sales. • Developed the internal processes and launched the first Bayer CC product to be sold via internet direct marketing – Arctic Wonder krill oil.• Managed the transfer of the One-A-Day solid dose vitamin business ($200MM+ in sales) from a contract manufacturer to Bayer’s Myerstown PA facility.• Led the supply chain/operations activities on two potential Rx to OTC switch initiatives and four potential acquisition due diligence initiatives (one of which (Citracal) came to fruition).
