Project Environment Manager 2009 - 2015Managed the provisioning, delivery and support of complex environments for Projects including a specific large Retail program of work that ran for 3.5 years.Achievements:• Gathered and provisioned the Environmental requirements on behalf of the Project’s Development & Testing resources involving regular contact with Internal Technical teams & external Vendor providers.• Successfully supported and managed the Development & Test environments during the 3 phases of the ‘Channel Enablement – Point of Sale’ Program of work.• Managed a Testlab of approximately 80 PCs all with ‘Point of Sale’ peripheral devices attached which required regular maintenance and software upgrades.• Successfully supported multiple concurrent Projects in their Development and Test phases involving many internal and external teams.

Managed Infrastructure Support and Environmental Requirements whilst providing Test Guidance for Large Projects within; Technology during the SIT/UAT Test Phases.Achievements:-Successfully supported and managed the SIT/UAT Environmental requirements for Project 'NextSmart, the largest Retail Project for NAB during the year 2008.-Liaising with key stakeholders including the Project Manager and the Test Manager, managed the environmental requirements for the 'NabConnect' Project, NAB's largest corporate Project between 2006 and 2008.-Upgraded the capability of my assigned SIT/UAT Test Environment by creating more dedicated databases, Online regions/dedicated Online transactions with extra batch flows for the Mainframe thus improving Online and Batch Response and performance.

Led a team of Test Analysts in conjunction with the Project Test Manager, created and reviewed Project Test Documents, Status and Defect reports, created and allocated Test Cases to specific Test Analysts using Mercury Quality Centre, chaired the Daily Defect Meeting and liaised with external Test Support groups as required.Achievements:-Led a team of 8 Test analysts in a Project that successfully upgraded the Bank's Frontend / Online Branch Banking system.-Successfully chaired daily Defects meetings and managed defects for the Bank's Front end/Online Branch Banking system Project in line with the Test Manager's and Project Manager's expectations.-Created a 'positive / can do' attitude through building exceptional relationships with the technical people in external Test Support groups to ensure Projects were implemented on time.

Project Lead and Systems Test Lead within an Application Team of Telstra's Billing System - FLEXCAB called UPS (Usage Processing System).Achievements:-Project Lead for a large decommissioned Application Project within UPS called INCDP from a schedule, resourcing, status reporting and implementation perspective - Project was implemented on time and budget.-Co-ordinated and led Test Execution for many Projects within UPS from a System Test perspective.-Collaborated with Application developers and Technical Support teams to ensure Testing Methodology adherence and provided daily Test Status Reports for senior management.-Developed close working relationship with the FLEXCAB Environment Team to the point where System Test Environment maintenance could handled by my internal Test team.
