Oversaw the Frameworth in-house stitching and embroidery department for creating fully licensed player signed NHL jerseys. Used the Tajima DG15 by Pulse program to digitize logos and text layouts for embroidery and the stitching files required for the four head Tajima Embroidery machine. Generated vector artwork files in Adobe Illustrator for laser cutting of jersey numbers, lettering, and artwork. Provided creative support by designing music award frames for Music Canada, social media graphics, and new Frameworth product.

Provided hands on supervision for one of Frameworth’s largest accounts, Ducks Unlimited Canada. Primary contact for customer service needs, processed new orders daily, and created shipping labels. Managed the finished inventory warehouse by receiving new product and picking items for shipping.

Responsible for pulling new orders from E-commerce web partners and own portals. Processed orders using Sage Business Vision while providing prompt and friendly customer service via email, phone, and the front desk. Assisted with athlete signing events like An Evening with Josh Donaldson and the semi-annual Sport Card & Memorabilia Expos.

Primary contact for any inquiries regarding the 2015 Ontario Lacrosse Festival and the 2015 Pee Wee Boys and Midget Boys National Lacrosse Championship of Canada. Coordinated transportation logistics for the National teams and secured floor time permits for the Festival that featured over 500 teams and 10,000 participants over 10 days.
