About Michael O'Rourke

I am a recent graduate from the Miami Herbert School of Business with a BBA in Real Estate and minor in Sustainable Business. I spent two years studying Finance at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business before transferring to UM in 2021, specifically for the Real Estate program. I have two years of very hands-on experience in Property Management, one of which I also acted as Leasing Specialist in through Harbor Group International's Summer Internship program. Following my graduation, I completed an amazing internship at Cushman and Wakefield specializing in Midtown office leasing. At the start of this year, I began my first rotation of the Graduate Development Program at Turner and Townsend in Cost Management, and greatly look forward to future rotations in Project and Programme Management.
