Manage the execution of tenant work order requests with building staff and outside vendors. Arrange, coordinate, and attend tenant meetings to review move-in requirements and general property information. Assist Property Managers with the development of RFP's, execution of contracts, and purchase orders. Monitor service contractors to ensure service is being delivered as per contract specifications. Maintain financial management responsibilities, including: preparation of budgets, accruals, and re-forecasts.

Archiving of books and materials for record of product. Preservation of damaged books and rebinding. Cataloging of all materials being placed in the archive department.Warehouse responsibilities which included: Filling small and large purchase orders, restocking of product, cataloging new shipments, and warehouse safety.
