Provide support for the Affiliate and Insiders team within Commercial Banking Regulatory Compliance (CBRC). Responsible for overseeing and managing regulations such as Reg W, Reg O, Reg GG, Reg R, and Reg D for the commercial banking business. Extensive knowledge of internal policy and regulatory requirements associated with the team's regulatory coverage. Compliance lead on risk and control self assessments (RCSA), reviewing major compliance requirements aligned to the business and ensuring controls are in place to mitigate the regulatory risks.

Responsible for providing independent assessments of whether operational risk and credit risk processes comply with applicable regulations

Responsible for validation of work performed by the lines of business and Compliance to resolve issues involving Regulation W, Electronic Trading, Fair Credit Reporting and more

Responsible for adding value and improving the Bank’s operations by evaluating risk management, control, and governance processes. Experienced in auditing financial and regulatory areas of the Bank.

Responsible for retaining, building, and growing client relationships through strongcommunication and knowledge of various accounting principles. Experienced in auditing a broad base of funds including hedge, private equity, and mutual funds for companies in the financial sector.
