In conjunction with the Senior Buyer I maximized the Canadian market opportunity for first and third party accessories, private label, digital and mobile categories.

Delivered reporting and analytical support for Merchandising (Buying) Department. Provided analysis to support strategic initiatives. Created and maintained a process for tracking industry and EB business trends.

Maintained inventory of menswear and accessories for 43 Roots 1973 Outlet stores. Monitored store performance and KPI. Ensured store grading, size profiles, product assortment and inventory levels were in line with store trend.
