Crowdtilt (Tilt) was acquired by Airbnb- Led the Growth / internal tools engineering team as tech team lead, releasing sprints and features on time with one of the lowest bug counts in the organization- Converted our internal tools system from an old Perl system to Ruby, significantly increasing employee productivity and application response time by 650%. I won the first “raising the bar” award for building this.- Won our first internal hackathon for creating a web scraper that takes arbitrary links such as Airbnb listing or Amazon products and automated the process of creating a crowdfunding campaign. - Worked closely with business, marketing and customer support teams, understanding their problems, triaging feature requests / bugs and planning and managing weekly sprints for my team.
